As CEO of Alacriti, Manish is responsible for overall strategy, business development, and company growth. He previously managed the delivery of one of the industry’s largest biller direct bill payment products for Alacriti’s inceptive customer, HSBC Bank. He oversaw the development of several other payment solutions for HSBC and also led global teams at Western Union for money transfer and bill payment solutions. Manish started as a software engineer and has extensive expertise across the payments ecosystem. He holds an undergraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Chennai, India.

As Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of Alacriti, Sai oversees the overall engineering and delivery. He previously managed the design and delivery of bill payment solutions for major banks, including Capital One Bank, and designed global money transfer solutions for HSBC Bank. Sai began his career as a Database Architect, working on mission-critical systems. He brings 27 years of expertise in both payment systems and technology. He earned his undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Osmania University in Hyderabad, India.

At Alacriti, Jamie leads the sales organization as the Chief Sales Officer. In this role, he is responsible for driving new customer acquisition and helping current clients maximize the value derived from Alacriti’s industry-leading digital money movement platform. Jamie brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in enterprise technology and banking industries. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Accounting from Wake Forest University.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Irit is charged with leading the strategic planning and execution of Alacriti’s marketing division. Irit is a seasoned go-to-market executive with a proven record of scaling Fintechs. She brings over 20 years of experience in technology marketing and business development—and a track record of leading growth in technology organizations and managing cross-media global marketing. Irit holds an industrial engineering and MBA from the Technion Technology Institute in Israel.

As Senior Vice President of Faster Payments at Alacriti, Mark leads the overall corporate faster payments strategy and product development of the Orbipay Payments Hub. Mark also currently serves in the Faster Payments Council Board Advisory Group.  Previously, Mark led product development for the RTP® network, the FedNow® Service, and Zelle® at FIS. In addition, Mark was part of the team that designed, developed, and launched the RTP network at The Clearing House. He also worked in digital payments product development at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Citibank, SunTrust Banks (now Truist Financial Corporation) and TD Bank.

As Senior Vice President and Payments Platform Lead at Alacriti, Praveen leads the product development of the Orbipay Payments Hub and is responsible for the enterprise payments architecture. In addition to heading the Solutions Consulting division at Alacriti, he also leads the Sales Enablement & Support team. Praveen holds a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, and his strong technical background has led to his success in building payments-as-a-service applications for his career at Alacriti, which has spanned two decades.

Shambaiah Chepuri, Head of Operations at Alacriti, has over two decades of leadership experience in technology and software development. With a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor’s Degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, he leads Alacriti’s engineering team, delivering top-tier technology solutions. Shambaiah’s expertise extends to building high-performing teams, handling high-pressure tech environments, and driving innovative product strategies while providing structured solutions for complex challenges.

As Senior Vice President of Products, Stuart is responsible for the Product Management division at Alacriti. He works with the business development and sales teams to define Alacriti’s payment processing product roadmap, provide analysis for new products, and enhance existing products. Prior to joining Alacriti, he led several teams responsible for the development and support of multiple payment-related applications at HSBC Bank. Stuart holds a BSc degree in Geological Sciences from St. John’s College, UK, and a second BSc in Financial Services from UMIST, UK.
